After more than 15 years of working under SVH master chefs such as Huub Biro, Hans van Wolde and Hans Snijders, Gilbert von Berg became chef of Chateau Neercanne. The desire to one day start your own restaurant has always been there, but the place had to be exactly right. Small, intimate, cozy and with a lot of interaction between the kitchen and the guest, right in the heart of the Wyck city center. Gilbert and sous-chef Cas Driessen share their vision of how easy fine dining should be. Renewal, deepening and improvement. Establishing our menu is always based on getting the maximum taste from our products without using an excess of ingredients.
